Hi Folks,

I have tested on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS. Dependencies listed in README file. No reason why it will not work on other Operating Systems as long as dependencies installed.

One may set the BGA IC footprint parameters and also populate or depopulate balls simply using mouse and eventually save the footprint; one may then later be open the same in KiCAD.
