I'm trying to finish up some card edge footprints for
https://github.com/KiCad/kicad-footprints/pull/203 and one thing remains.
I don't know how to apply a soldermask hole over the gold finger area. I
can't do lines with squared off ends. I can't do fill zones in the
footprint designer.
