Hi Folks,

I have tested on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS. Dependencies listed in README file. No reason why it will not work on other Operating Systems as long as dependencies installed.

One may simply use mouse to select the unit markers of IC, add pin, set pin attributes for the selected pin, repeat these steps as necessary and eventually save the library component; one may then later be open the same in KiCAD.
